What is The Agency Workshop Series?
It is a twelve part live workshop series from InsuranceWebX for independent life, annuity and Medicare producers. One 60 minute session runs in week three of each month. Every session is hands on: you work on your own agency while the room works alongside you, and you finish the hour holding the artifact rather than holding notes about it.
Do I have to commit to all twelve?
No. Each workshop builds a separate thing and you register only for the ones you want. There is no series enrollment, no fee for skipping a month, and no penalty for joining late. Every session is recorded, and registering once means the replays come to you, so you can pick the ones that fix what is actually broken right now.
Do I need to attend the episode first?
It helps and it is not required. Each Workshop is paired with the AI-Ready Agent episode two weeks earlier, and the Workshop normally starts from the report that episode produced. Every Workshop also carries a named fallback, so if you arrive without the input you run the by hand version alongside the room instead of watching.
What do I need to bring to Workshop 1?
Your AI visibility audit report if you requested one, plus login access to your website and your Google Business Profile. If you do not have the report, come anyway and run the by hand version with us. If you cannot get logins in time, you will still leave with the written fix list and the Lead Ledger.
What if I cannot make the live session?
Register anyway. Every session is recorded, and the replay and the take home come to you. The fixes themselves only get made in the room, because the site verification, the profile claim and the live troubleshooting happen while you are on the call with us.
